Search and identification of client's requirements which can incorporate survey and valuation advice for the owner/occupier or the prospective tenant utilising our extensive knowledge of the local market scene and combining our agency and professional experience.
VALUATION & SURVEYS
Carried out by the qualified principal. Valuations are available for purchase, lending, probate, legal proceedings and expert witness, insurance, transfer and capital gains tax calculations. We also carry out RICS Homebuyer Reports & Valuations for the private buyer seeking the benefit of local knowledge.
EXPERT WITNESS
Advice on building, boundary, valuation for Court proceedings and survey disputes undertaken by the principal.

ACQUISITIONS
Providing advice to purchasers on taking leases or acquiring freeholds, including pre-acquisition advice on an already identified property or on a search and find basis.
RENT REVIEWS & LEASE RENEWALS
Undertaken for both landlords and tenants of small conventional commercial property to large specialised property.
DILAPIDATIONS & SURVEYS
Advice on building condition, dilapidations and Schedules of condition for both landlords and tenants, either in advance of taking a lease, mid term or upon termination. Expert advice available on building and boundary disputes and other legally related matters.
VALUATIONS & APPRAISALS
For sale, purchase, insurance, loan facilities, transfer, capital gains tax, litigation or expert witness carried out by the qualified principal.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Day to day management of commercial let property to include rent collection, property maintenance and management, tenants repairs, insurance, short term planning and rent reviews and lease renewals.
