BRIEF HISTORY
The current firm was established by an amalgamation of Box commercial Property Services and Beane & Wass in September 2000. Few now will remember the name of our predecessors Wright and Ward, Estate Agents and Auctioneers.
David Wass FRICS
I had previously been practising in Ipswich as a Partner with a national firm of surveyors after merging my own family firm, which was established in the town in about 1900.
I am Chartered Surveyor and have personally practised in Suffolk for some 40 years. I qualified in 1971 and was appointed a Fellow in 1978.
My assisstant is Kerry Smart, who will deal with any enquiries in my absence. Alan Chew is the firm's accountant.
