With my long experience in the local property market and my contacts in the industry I can provide advice on most commercial and residential matters and where other specialist advice is needed, I can assemble outside expertise to work alongside me to provide a complete package of advice to the client.
BRIEF HISTORY
The current firm was established by an amalgamation of Box Commercial Property Services and Beane & Wass in September 2000. Few now will remember the name of our predecessors Wright and Ward, Estate Agents and Auctioneers and established in Ipswich in about 1900.
David Wass FRICS
I had previously been practising in Ipswich as a Partner with a national firm of surveyors after merging my own family firm, which was established in the town in about 1900.
I am Chartered Surveyor and have practised in Suffolk for some 40 years. I qualified in 1971 and was appointed a Fellow in 1978.
My assistant is Sue Porteous, who will deal with any enquiries in my absence. Alan Chew is the firm's accountant.
